Check Your Computer’s Compatibility with Our Software

Quick Guide:

In general, our software will work on your computer if you have purchased a Mac or PC in the last 5 years.

Below are some specific minimum computer requirements:

  • Windows 7 or Newer
  • Mac OS X 10.7 or Newer
  • 2 Gigabytes RAM
  • 200 Megabytes hard drive space
  • 1 USB Port

How to test your computer:

  1. Download the appropriate program above for your Mac or PC computer
  2. Install the program to your computer like you would with any other program
  3. Once installed, run the program (usually by double-clicking the icon on your desktop)

If you see a screen that says “Your system is compatible” after running the program, then our software will work on your computer.
